I was so happy when one of my best friends from high school asked me to shoot her engagement photos. Desiree and her soon-to-be-husband Rony are both hilarious to be around, and it made taking their pictures a joy. It certainly didn't hurt that our backdrop for the the shoot was the beautiful landscapes of Robert Moses beach in Long Island, NY. It was a cooler, absolutely gorgeous summer day on the beach.
It was a very bright, sunny day with little cloud cover, and the beach was pretty crowded. This definitely made it a challenge to get good shots. But I'm very pleased with how everything came out.
